The P40–P60 C electric tow tractors are compact and manoeuvrable towing vehicles that are particularly suitable for indoor transport and line supply in production.

A wide range of trailer couplings makes the P40–P60 C compatible with a variety of trailer types, and the special design of the vehicles allows the operator an optimum view of the trailer and load.

The ergonomic design including the dashboard, backrest and operator’s platform are decoupled from the chassis, and absorb all shocks and vibrations. The ergonomic and intuitive Linde steering wheel is height-adjustable and can be adapted to the operator’s needs.

  • Drive wheel can operate for 10,000 hours before re-lubrication is required with no need to readjust the brakes.

Operator’s Platform With Adjustable Suspension

Can be adjusted according to the operator’s weight ensuring they are always optimally protected against vibrations and shocks.

Adjustable Backrest

Backrest can be individually adjusted to the needs of the operator. A folding seat provides additional comfort and fatigue-free working.

Bumper Options

There are many extensions available to further improve the protective function of the front bumper. In the event of a collision, the chassis and operator are protected even more.

Adjustable Steering Wheel

The height of the steering wheel can be adjusted to suit the size and position of the operator allowing for even more ergonomic working.

Trailer Hitch

Linde can equip the vehicle with a 1-stage or 3-stage coupling. Also available is a manual remote release, which is operated from the operator’s seat by cable, as well as special couplings for route trains.

Pedestrian Operation

Push buttons are located on both sides of the truck. They allow the operator to operate the tow tractor from the outside and walk alongside at the same time. The pedestrian operation allows the operator to move the vehicle comfortably without having to climb up again for short distances.

Lighting Equipment

On the front and rear, the vehicle can be equipped with different LED lighting options that significantly improve visibility and safety.

Acoustic Warning signal

The signal can be heard when the vehicle is moving, warning pedestrians and other vehicles.
