Meet our Executive Team

Starting with Linde in 2002, George has held roles across the majority of the business functions from marketing and branch operations to leading service and sales.

Having had a pivotal role in the success and growth of the business; in 2021 George took on both the KION ITS - RAPAC Executive Director and Linde AU-NZ Managing Director roles.

Leigh has over 25 years’ experience leading teams within the liner shipping, logistics and capital equipment industries.

He joined Linde in 2017 as the NSW and QLD General Manager. Leigh then moved into the sales team heading up our National and Key account teams before his current role as Director of Sales, Leigh looked after National and Key Accounts for AUNZ for almost 3 years.

A senior leader and certified executive coach, Kelly has over 20 years’ experience across M&A, finance & leasing, planning, commercial and auditing.

Before taking her current role relocating to Linde Australia in 2016, Kelly was finance executive in Linde China with 12 years’ experience.

Rachael joined Linde in 2016 after almost a decade of HR & Payroll experience across a range of industries including disability, manufacturing and industrial equipment.

Currently Rachael oversees the development of HR, Payroll & Compliance strategies, initiatives and processes across the business, working as part of the executive team to develop & drive our business strategies across these key areas.

Nicholas has more than 20 years of experience in the Material Handling Industry, in both sales and service.

In 2015 he joined Linde as the NSW Sales Manager before returning to his service roots in 2019 when he was appointed the Director of Aftersales.
