The autonomous R-Matic reach truck transports, stores and retrieves goods up to 1.6 tonnes at heights of up to more than 11 metres. The range of masts means that it is especially suited to handling at medium-high lift heights, and for supplying workstations as well as being suitable for warehouses or material transportation.
The R-Matic uses its innovative 3D camera to detect the storage location in the rack and the pallet openings — it can store and retrieve its load precisely by adjusting the forks. The truck’s geonavigation does not require any additional infrastructure, and it interacts safely and efficiently with individuals, non-automated trucks, or conveyor belts and packing stations. Dual Mode means that the R-MATIC can also be controlled manually.
Series 1120Linde R-Matic Electric Automated Truck
Various triplex masts are available for the R-MATIC for lift heights of 6.85m to 11.30m.
The truck can be fitted with a barcode scanner, allowing goods to be identified and data to be imported directly into a warehouse system, if required.
The Linde BlueSpot™ is an optical warning solution that emits a light signal to indicate that the truck is approaching.
Detect whether the goods on the pallets have slipped at the sides and react according to pre-set rules. The truck either stops or takes the pallet in question to a specific storage location.
A safety edge is required on the load arm for pallet widths of more than 900mm. It stops the truck if the pallet tips when cornering.
An extra loud warning sound is available as an option for particularly loud working environments.
