Linde Material Handling Australia, part of the KION Group, is pleased to announce Nicholas Mavroucas as the newly appointed Director of Aftersales for Australia and New Zealand, effective February 2024. Additionally, Nicholas will also serve as the Director of Aftersales for KION ITS, solidifying his role within the organisation.
With more than 20 years of sales and service experience in the material handling industry, Nicholas is recognised as an expert within Linde. Having been with Linde and the KION Group since 2015, he transitions into this new role from his previous position as General Manager for Aftersales in Australia and New Zealand, which he has held since the start of 2022.
Along with his management team in Spare Parts, Technical Support, and Workshop Management, Nicholas has successfully brought together a diverse supporting function under the broad title of “Aftersales”. Under his leadership, the Aftersales department has achieved remarkable accomplishments, including the implementation of advanced technology solutions that enhance service operations and the customer experience.
Nicholas’ expertise in the automotive industry, coupled with his knowledge of sales and service, has been instrumental in developing innovative strategies that have significantly improved the organisation’s financial performance, asset uptime and customer satisfaction. His commitment to excellence and his ability to forge strong relationships across all levels of the organisation have been key factors in his promotion.
In his new role, Nicholas aims to drive further innovation and growth in the aftersales division, focusing on expanding service offerings, optimising operational processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction levels.
