A Career at Linde

The goal of our trainees and apprentices is usually to take a full-time role with Linde, like Eliya, Amy and Ashalee have.

Eliya Nankivell is our Junior Service Administrator based out of our New South Wales office. She joined the Linde team in January 2021 as a Central Service Admin Trainee, where she supported the Central Service administration.

Eliya said Linde's investment in her development so early on was invaluable to her success. “I have learned new skills that I would have had to teach myself if I stepped into an entry level position, without any prior training.”

Amy Sustic started as a Local Service Admin Trainee and has since moved on to being a Linde Service/Workshop Administrator in Queensland. Although still early in her career, Amy's traineeship has built a strong foundation of skills for her new permanent role.

Her favourite part of her role? The relationships she has built with her colleagues at the branch. “They really are amazing,” she said.

Ashalee Abbott is our Accounts Receivable Clerk based out of our Head Office in New South Wales. Ashalee started with us in December 2019 as a Finance Trainee. She said the trainee hands-on experience was critical to her success in graduating to a full-time role.

“The ability to implement your training in your work as you go is incredibly helpful.”
