Compact and agile for double the handling performance

The pedestrian double stackers D06 and D08 are ideal for easy logistical use, where there are rapid transport and order picking processes. Despite a lift height of 2024mm, the trucks are very compact. This makes working in narrow warehouses easier. By using the innovative creep button, the truck can still manoeuvre precisely even when there is very little space available.

The innovative caster system provides more safety by improving traction and stability on uneven floors. The operator has a good view of the load and the path through the special mast construction, and the pallet stackers can simultaneously transport two palettes with a total capacity of 0.6 or 0.8 tonnes respectively.

Alternative Drive Wheels

The customer can select various drive wheels depending on the operating environment. Elastic rubber and profiled wheels are available in the selection. But also wheels of non-marking polyurethane and wet grip material for wet floors are available.

Fork widths are available with an overall fork width of 540mm and 560mm as an option.

Makes it easy and quick to fill distilled water into the battery.

Lateral Battery Change

The lateral battery replacement with roller bearings enables quick changes for use in multiple shifts.

Lift Mast Variations

Various standard lift masts are available for the D06 and D08 pallet stackers with lift heights of 1547mm, 1724mm and 2024mm.

The battery can be charged quickly and with no complications with the integrated charger.

Load backrest

Ensures that loads are stabilised and cannot slide backward when the load carrier is raised.

SafetySpeed

Proportional to the tiller position, the SafetySpeed function adjusts the propulsion speed, the smaller the tiller angle, the lower the speed.

Tandem Load Wheel

Available in polyurethane and a polyurethane version that can be lubricated. These support wheels provide additional stability in difficult conditions such as uneven flooring, long distances and extreme temperatures.
