Linde Material Handling Australia has signed on to be the key sponsor for CeMAT Australia in 2026, which will take place at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

According to event organiser Hannover Fairs Australia, Linde’s partnership comes at a pivotal time for the intralogistics and warehousing sector. Industry forecasts show automation in warehouses is expected to rise by more than 24% per year through to 2030, while broader logistics automation is predicted to grow by over 10% annually between 2025 and 2033.

Mike Nissen, Commercial Director at Hannover Fairs Australia, said Linde’s involvement underscores the growing focus on operational efficiency, safety, and performance.

He notes, “Their technology goes straight to the heart of what matters most when it comes to operators, lower costs, greater safety, and faster throughput. This is exactly the kind of practical innovation our visitors are coming to Melbourne to see, and it confirms CeMAT’s role as the place where Australia’s logistics sector is making its next big leap.”

“Our partnership with CeMAT Australia reflects Linde’s continued commitment to driving smarter, safer, and more efficient material handling across the country,” said Leigh Atallah, Director Sales and Marketing at Linde Material Handling Australia. “As the industry evolves, we’re focused on helping businesses harness innovation that delivers tangible value: through productivity, safety, and sustainability.”
