FleetFOCUS is fully customisable and flexible, and can be adapted to a user’s specific operational needs. It can also be integrated with 99% of security cards or fobs available on the market, reducing the cards that operators need to carry.

At workplaces where pre-start checklists are required, FleetFOCUS can ensure compliance — disabling the machine if the checklist is not completed correctly. The system monitors usage and service data, and can automatically tag out unsafe vehicles to ensure only authorised personnel can activate the unit once set.

Following any vehicle impact, FleetFOCUS can reduce the forklift to creep speed until a supervisor is able to restore the vehicle’s normal speed. This minimises potential safety risks and reinforces safe use.

Thanks to its compatibility with the latest communication standards, the system maintains a strong, consistent connection between vehicles and servers, ensuring seamless data access even in complex warehouse environments. And in those rare occasions of network failures, built-in memory card backups ensure no data is lost, with automatic updates once the connection is re-established.

The included GPS functionality allows fleet managers to quickly track vehicle movements, including the model, serial number and the last time it reported in.
